This year is the 10th year Shadrach has held a CDL. He took part in his first soft demolition in 1999 when his family bought the contents of a feed mill at auction. As the job progressed he was hooked. Now, 15 years later he still enjoys the challenge each job presents. 

Since 2000 Aubrey has worked in the customer service field. While the companies have been widely different- from a funeral home to a municipality the core outcome has been the same. This happens by listening to what the client needs, going beyond the expected, thus achieving the exceptional.
